Female Founders You Should Follow

One thing I see so many women struggle with is comparing their business to someone else’s. And friend, I can promise you, this is not the way to motivate yourself or to grow. It will only hold you back to look at another female founders and say, “she has more followers than me,” “those posts are better than mine,” or “wow, I wish I was that successful.”

Have you ever heard the phrase “comparison is the thief of joy and connection?”

It’s something I think about a lot because it’s SO true. And it’s so powerful when you shift your mindset & embrace your business with gratitude instead of comparison.

You have built this incredible business to support yourself & your family and you should be proud of that. Success means something different to every entrepreneur. It will look different from one business to the next. Instead of measuring your success against someone else’s, figure out what success looks like to YOU! If you do this, I promise you will unlock endless potential when you break free from those limiting beliefs.

One way I do that is by following other female entrepreneurs. I don’t compare my business to theirs. Instead, I look to these amazingly talented entrepreneurs for guidance, inspiration, and community.

I hope that you celebrate other women in business, their success & your own success. Because when you do this, you’ll find such an amazing community of business owners who are ready to support you, too.

Here are some of the female entrepreneurs that I look up to & you should follow, too!
