Needless to say, I\u2019ve had Instagram on my mind a lot lately. And I\u2019ve been thinking about how incredible the last year has been. I made Instagram a priority and it\u2019s paid off so much for my business. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
But, have you ever thought about why<\/em><\/strong> you want to show up on Instagram? I mean, reeealllllly considered what\u2019s motivating you to show your face and talk to your audience every single day? <\/p>\n\n\n\n When I sat down and asked myself that question, I realized that for me, showing up on Instagram has nothing to do with numbers. I don\u2019t show up because I want to see 1,000 new followers, because I want my posts to go viral & get a million views, or because I want bragging rights.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Why do I show up on Instagram? <\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n I show up because I want to serve you<\/em><\/strong>. I\u2019m on Instagram talking to an amazing group of female entrepreneurs because I want to inspire women to believe in themselves & help them achieve all of their business goals. I show up because I want to help you<\/em><\/strong> figure out what\u2019s holding you back from seeing the results you want & because I want to give you<\/em><\/strong> the tools you need to see success! And you know what, once I realized that serving you<\/em><\/strong> is why I\u2019m on Instagram, I started seeing so much growth. And that\u2019s why I\u2019ve put together this amazing list for you. It includes everything I do each & every time I post on IG. When you use this checklist, it\u2019s SO simple to create incredible posts that will help you continue to show up on Instagram.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Here\u2019s what you should be doing if you want to keep showing up on IG:<\/p>\n\n\n\n You should be showing up in your stories daily with at least 5-7 slides & posting to your feed at least 3-4 times a week. But, what\u2019s important is that you stick to a schedule so that your audience knows when they\u2019re going to hear from you!<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n To find your niche, figure out what your superpower is & what sets you apart for your audience. Think about who you serve & how you can solve their problems. The more specific you get, the better! Here are some questions that can help you figure out who your people are: Who could you talk to for 20 minutes with no notes? What would you talk about to those people about? What topics feel natural to you?<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n Educate your audience with how-to\u2019s (<\/em>like this<\/em><\/a>), a hack they will love (<\/em>like this<\/em><\/a>) & a tutorial (<\/em>like this<\/em><\/a>). Entertain your audience by using viral trends (<\/em>like this<\/em><\/a>), niche humor (<\/em>like this<\/em><\/a>) & showcasing YOU and your brand\u2019s personality (<\/em>like this<\/em><\/a>). Inspire your audience with a before & after (<\/em>like this<\/em><\/a>) and how you got _____ result (<\/em>like this<\/em><\/a>).<\/em><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n Reels are such an amazing tool to help you grow. Do these three things every time you post a Reel if you want serious engagement: 1: Have a clear headline. 2: Use bright lighting. 3: Entertain your audience. <\/em>Here\u2019s a Reel of mine that went viral.<\/em><\/a><\/em><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n Here are some of my favorite calls to action: Save this post for later!
